Maracon & Associates International Inc. is a management training and coaching firm established in 1988. We design and deliver in-depth, customized programs that are always relevant to our clients’ individual needs. With a wide variety of sector-specific experience, we are highly skilled at incorporating our clients’ current issues and work environment into our seminars.

For us, customization means much more than merely making superficial changes to our training programs and materials. Rather, through our comprehensive Needs Assessment Inventories, we adapt principles and techniques to respond to our clients’ very specific issues and challenges. After conducting personal interviews and spending time, as appropriate, in each client’s domain, we integrate our findings into our clients’ organizational culture and goals, departmental context, team composition, client base and individual learning styles.

Stimulating, interactive exercises are integral to Maracon’s seminars, enabling participant self-reflection and candid, supportive communication between the facilitator and participants. We fuse our presentation of key theoretical concepts, models and tools with experiential learning. Our success lies in actively engaging the learner in customized exercises, cases and role-plays based on situations that the participants encounter everyday in the workplace. Videotaping and debriefing activities are particularly effective for analyzing current behaviour and pinpointing knowledge, skills and attitudes for personal development. Receiving feedback and coaching from Maracon’s experienced facilitators ensures that participants' learning is transferred to – and sustained in – the workplace.
